We are a fast-growing international tech company with teams across Europe and the US. To support our growing operations in the US, we are looking for an Admin / Logistics & Sales Support professional to join our South Florida team.

SEA.AI develops AI-powered thermal camera systems that improve safety and situational awareness at sea by automatically detecting and classifying objects, day and night.
Role Overview
This is a key operational role supporting logistics, finance coordination, marketing events, and sales support. You’ll work closely with US and EU teams to keep orders, shipments, events, and inbound sales activity running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and validate customer POs and invoices
- Coordinate shipments between Austria and the US
- Manage customer deliveries, stock, and inventory
- Issue invoices in Stripe and track payments
- Support trade shows, demos, and marketing logistics
- Track and reorder marketing materials and demo units
- Support inbound leads and assist the sales team
Required qualifications
- Experience in admin, logistics, operations, or sales support
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Spanish is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: USD 40,000 – 65,000 per year
