To join our fast-growing team, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a focus on Security Business.

Responsibilities

As Sales Manager for the Scandinavia and Baltic region, your role will focus on developing and expanding SEA.AI’s market presence across the security & commercial sector.

Your role will include:

  • Develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major clients – focus on the security/government business;
  • Gain deep understanding of regional maritime needs;
  • Expand and support our dealer and distributor network, as well as key shipyard partners across Scandinavia and the Baltics;
  • Connect between regional clients and internal teams;
  • Play a strategic role in securing tenders and public-sector contracts and converting new sales into long-term partnerships;
  • Drive direct B2C sales through qualified inbound leads from the region;
  • Deliver regional sales reporting and forecasting, using key account and performance metrics tailored to the territory.

Your Profile and Qualifications

To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following profile and qualifications:

 

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as Sales Manager for marine systems, ideally government sector;
  • Strong track record in solution-based sales and managing complex accounts;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport accross cultures and with stakeholders at all organizational levels;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Willingness to travel within the region (up to 15%), including occasional international travel for training and trade shows;
  • Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
