Ils servent de plateformes de surveillance, de vecteurs d&rsquo;armes et de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csis.org\/analysis\/russia-ukraine-drone-war-innovation-frontlines-and-beyond\">flottilles autonomes con\u00e7ues pour saturer les d\u00e9fenses traditionnelles<\/a>.<\/p><p>Pour les forces navales, les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sea.ai\/fr\/gouvernement\/surveillance-des-cotes-et-protection-des-frontieres\/\">garde-c\u00f4tes<\/a> et les \u00e9quipes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 portuaire, la question n&rsquo;est plus de savoir si les USV repr\u00e9sentent une menace. Elle est de <strong>savoir si les capteurs existants sont en mesure d&rsquo;y faire face<\/strong>.<\/p><p>La r\u00e9ponse, dans la plupart des cas, est : pas encore.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-46d02657 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"46d02657\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Le probl\u00e8me de d\u00e9tection anti-USV<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7fd0818b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7fd0818b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Une op\u00e9ration anti-USV efficace repose sur une approche multicouche : <strong>d\u00e9tecter, classifier, suivre<\/strong> et, si n\u00e9cessaire, neutraliser. Chaque \u00e9tape d\u00e9pend de la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Manquer la d\u00e9tection, c&rsquo;est faire \u00e9chouer tout ce qui suit.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Les capteurs maritimes traditionnels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour une autre \u00e9poque. Le radar peut d\u00e9tecter des contacts de surface. Mais <strong>les USV de petit gabarit, construits avec des mat\u00e9riaux absorbant les ondes ou op\u00e9rant \u00e0 basse vitesse, peuvent passer entre les mailles<\/strong>. L&rsquo;AIS est une technologie largement impos\u00e9e par la r\u00e9glementation, pr\u00e9sente sur la grande majorit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents, des grands navires commerciaux aux petites embarcations de plaisance. La disponibilit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas le probl\u00e8me.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Le probl\u00e8me, c&rsquo;est que l&rsquo;AIS peut \u00eatre \u00e9teint ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sea.ai\/fr\/vision-ia-brouillage-gnss\/\">falsifi\u00e9<\/a> en quelques secondes. Un USV hostile ne diffusera pas sa position. Et le sonar, indispensable pour les menaces sous-marines, ne renseigne en rien sur ce qui approche en surface.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Le r\u00e9sultat est un <a href=\"https:\/\/cimsec.org\/tag\/unmanned-surface-vehicle\/\">foss\u00e9 de d\u00e9tection<\/a>. Les acteurs malveillants l&rsquo;exploitent. Contrairement au radar ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;AIS, ils n&rsquo;exigent pas qu&rsquo;un b\u00e2timent transmette son identit\u00e9 ou sa position.  <strong>Ils d\u00e9tectent ce qui est physiquement pr\u00e9sent, en temps r\u00e9el, de jour comme de nuit.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">C&rsquo;est d\u00e9terminant dans les op\u00e9rations anti-USV. Le d\u00e9fi principal est de <strong>distinguer un contact mena\u00e7ant du bruit de fond<\/strong> : vagues, faune marine, d\u00e9bris et trafic commercial l\u00e9gitime. Et d&rsquo;y parvenir assez vite pour qu&rsquo;un op\u00e9rateur humain ou un syst\u00e8me autonome puisse agir.  <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Les mod\u00e8les de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sea.ai\/fr\/surveillance-maritime-ai\/\">deep learning<\/a> modernes classifient un contact de surface en quelques secondes : type de b\u00e2timent, taille, cap et vitesse. <strong>Ils distinguent un canot de p\u00eache d&rsquo;un semi-rigide en approche<\/strong>. Ils signalent tout contact rapide qui converge vers un actif. Et ils le font en continu, sans fatigue, sur un champ de vision \u00e0 360 degr\u00e9s.  <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Ce n&rsquo;est pas une capacit\u00e9 th\u00e9orique. La valeur d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me IA se mesure \u00e0 ses performances dans les pires conditions, pas dans les meilleures. <\/p><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">L&#8217;empreinte croissante de SEA.AI dans les int\u00e9grations de d\u00e9fense europ\u00e9ennes et am\u00e9ricaines t\u00e9moigne de la confiance dans ces performances r\u00e9elles.
